Hot Stone Massage We are the north's premier aesthetics specialists

There’s nothing worse than sore muscles. Wouldn’t it be nice to treat yourself to a therapy that leaves you feeling relaxed after a long hard day?

A hot stone massage leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed, no matter how tense you’re feeling.

Things can very quickly go wrong when dealing with heat-related therapies, that’s why it is always best to leave your hot stone massage in the hands of professionals.

About Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage involves using smooth, heated stones to warm up tight muscles so that pressure points can be worked on, helping to reduce tension and stress.

The hot stones can either be placed on the body of the patient or used as hand extensions to allow deeper penetration. Performing hot stone massages requires a great deal of knowledge, expertise and experience. Therapists must be skilled, and that’s exactly what all our staff is.

Rejuvaskin Does It Best

At Rejuvaskin, our professional therapists are certified to offer hot stone massages, all of whom have a great deal of experience in the field.

Our expert therapists ensure that your health and well-being is paramount. We are known for giving the best hot stone massages in Bradford.

The Hot Stone Massage Process

When you visit Rejuvaskin, our staff will take you through the whole procedure, so you know exactly what to expect. The hot stone massage process involves the sanitisation of the stones and then heating them in a bath that contains 120-150 degrees of water.

You will then be asked to lie face down after which our therapist warms up your body with a traditional Swedish massage, followed by the hot stone massage.

As the stones cool down, they are replaced with warmer ones. Different stone sizes are used. Small stones for small muscles and big stones for big muscles.

Benefits

A hot stone massage is excellent for relieving tension, promoting sleep, diminishing pain attributed to autoimmune disease, reduction of fatigue, nausea, depression and anxiety.

However, people who have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or on blood-thinning medication are not advised to go for a hot stone massage therapy, as well as pregnant women and people who are sunburnt.
